What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance wealth management capabilities.
- Explore and experiment with AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Assist in the evaluation, adoption, and scaling of emerging engineering practices, frameworks, and tools.
- Contribute to research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept initiatives across key technology transformation projects.
- Support the management and execution of project deliverables, including documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide support on other projects and initiatives as assigned.
About the Team
Group Wealth Engineering is part of Group Engineering within the Group Operations & Technology Division. The team partners closely with wealth management businesses and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
You will be part of a collaborative environment where technology, innovation, and continuous learning are deeply embedded in the way we work. Working alongside experienced engineers and business leaders, you will gain valuable exposure to large-scale technology transformation initiatives and the evolving future of banking.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and emerging trends in AI and software engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and systematically.
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and exploring new approaches to solving challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Able to take initiative and drive ideas from concept to execution.
