The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and remotely one day per week. A member of our recruitment team will provide additional details.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Support traders with related operations, including order management, trade input, and validation.
• Manage daily profit and loss, attribution, and position reports, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to senior traders and management.
• Assist with G10, Latin American, and emerging markets rates and non-deliverable swap (NDS) execution.
• Manage all trade lifecycle events.
• Gradually assume additional risk management responsibilities for the rates derivatives trading portfolio.
• Assist the trading group with improving operational processes, strategy, and profitability.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of trading support platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze client-flow trends, communicating findings to the trading team.
• Contribute research and analytical content to reports and presentations as directed by the desk head.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent comparable work experience in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong operational skills with close attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Adaptability and the ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects and tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and related technology.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
