Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, Brighton East Branch, Brooklyn, NY Bilingual Russian Required

As an Associate Banker, you will represent the Chase brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, providing attentive and friendly service, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including technology-enabled self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions. Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking proficiency in both English and Russian are required for this role.

• Cash-handling experience.
