Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Tax Transformation team to bring work process improvements and digital AI/automation ideas to life, including planning and driving project activities toward key timelines and milestones.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather business and technology requirements/specifications, including proposing ideas to support the intended improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and the technology risk management team to collate and submit timely input for the technology risk management process.
- Apply relevant digital/technology skillsets to contribute to technology development (e.g., LLMs, Python, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET).
- Facilitate user testing and quality assurance testing to ensure solutions are robust before going live.
- Support stakeholder change management by preparing guidance materials and communications, including conducting presentations where needed, to facilitate smooth project rollouts to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge management by updating work process, SOP/guidance, and training materials as you gain exposure on the job.
- Collaborate proactively across business units in Tax and beyond to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
- Apply agility to multitask projects, considering perspectives of various stakeholders to facilitate project communications and alignment.

- Data Visualization (Intermediate)
- Tableau; Power BI (Beginner)
- Project Management (Beginner) — with Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I and Agile/Scrum study noted
