Job Summary
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their customer experience and drive business growth within our Management Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to improve customer interactions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills to deliver quality work. This role offers exposure to meaningful client connections, opportunities to manage and inspire others, and avenues to grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will design customer journey maps and offer support to create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scopes. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences for clients.

- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making.
- Developing commercial awareness by understanding how the business works and applying professional standards.
- Engaging in customer experience strategy to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Utilizing customer data management techniques to support client engagement and retention strategies.
- Implementing business process improvements to optimize customer service management and enhance client support.
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer relations and value propositions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Preference for a field of study including: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Applications.
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration.
- Experience utilizing customer journey analysis and customer segmentation.
- Experience engaging in customer experience (CX) design and strategy.
- Experience applying business process improvement techniques.
- Experience managing customer relationship management systems.
- Experience analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
