Business Centre Clerk (Office Services)

In Office Services at PwC, you will support the seamless delivery of business centre operations, with a primary focus on managing printing services and document production requests. You will coordinate high-volume and specialized print jobs, maintain inventory levels, order and manage supplies, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. You will deliver timely, high-quality service to internal clients while collaborating closely with the broader Office Services team to support the overall workplace experience.

The Opportunity

As a Business Centre Clerk, your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and process confidential printing, scanning, and binding requests to ensure accurate, timely completion.
  • Coordinate high-volume and priority print production in accordance with service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain printers, copiers, and binding equipment; initiate service requests and liaise with vendors or support teams as needed.
  • Manage printer supply inventory, including ordering consumables, tracking stock levels, and coordinating toner recycling.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient Business Centre and copy centre environment, ensuring equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Provide backup coverage for the Operations team and Business Centre functions from other offices during peak periods, absences, and special projects.
  • Support the London AC office on a weekly basis or as required.
  • Create office passes and maintain security system records, updates, and related information for SWO and other offices as needed.
  • Provide seasonal tax, project, technology adoption, and general administrative support as required.
  • Actively participate in the Workplace Health & Safety Committee.

What You’ll Bring

Your skills, knowledge, and experience will include the following:

  • Relevant experience in a business centre or mailroom setting; managing supplies and photocopying/scanning is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint for document management and sharing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Discretion when handling confidential data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
  • Ability to be on-site.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $34,500 - $55,500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given a national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
