Intern (Operational Excellence, APAC) (Part-time)

Job Accountabilities

• Support the APAC Operational Excellence Team to deliver simplification and automation projects.
• Gather requirements from users and support functional design.
• Assist in developing solutions using Microsoft Power tools.
• Participate in “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process requirements and optimization sessions with users.
• Support business process mapping and documentation.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferable.
• Experience with Microsoft product offerings, such as PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Content Management, etc.
• Strong interest in business analysis for both IT and non-IT projects, Operational Excellence, and Process Reengineering.
• Basic knowledge of process mapping tools is an advantage (e.g., Visio, Mural).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English.
• Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week.
