Successful completion of your internship in 2026 may lead to an opportunity to join one of Zurich’s graduate programmes starting in 2027.

What You Can Look Forward To

Your 10-week Summer Business Management Intern programme will provide you with a role with real responsibility and help you build a strong understanding of the business—what it does and how it delivers for customers.

You will work within a dynamic organisation, using your existing skills and developing new ones in a fast-paced environment. You will also build connections and a network of support.

You may support business areas such as Claims, Underwriting, Zurich Municipal, Operations, and the Customer Office.

In addition to your day-to-day role, you will take part in a development programme designed to provide key skills and knowledge to support your role and enhance your career.

While Zurich operates a hybrid working policy, office attendance expectations will be agreed with your manager. You must be within a commutable distance of the office.

Compensation and Benefits

• £24,968.58 salary and £3,200 London location allowance (pro rata)
• Pro rata holiday for the duration of the internship
• Contribution towards private medical cover
• 12% company pension contribution

Entry Requirements

• Must be in your penultimate year of study and on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from your bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree
• At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A Level subjects (or equivalent)
• A*-C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
• Must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK (Zurich cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship)
• Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years
