What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • AI & Digital Innovation: support AI, GenAI, and digital transformation initiatives within the Credit Risk Modelling team
  • Model Lifecycle Enhancement: contribute to projects aimed at modernising the credit risk modelling lifecycle, including feature store development, automation, and process improvements
  • AI-Driven Analytics: assist in the development and evaluation of AI-driven monitoring, insights generation, and risk analytics capabilities
  • Data Analysis: analyse datasets and support quantitative assessments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving risk management processes
  • Model Documentation: support initiatives to enhance model governance and documentation through AI-assisted tools and workflows
  • Research & Exploration: conduct research on emerging AI technologies, industry developments, and potential use cases relevant to risk modelling and banking
  • Stakeholder Support: collaborate with risk, data, and technology stakeholders to support project delivery and implementation activities
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other analytics, digital transformation, and risk modelling initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

Group Risk Portfolio Management plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s risk management framework and ensuring sound credit decisions. Within the Credit Risk Modelling team, you will work alongside quantitative analysts, data professionals, and risk specialists who develop and manage models used to assess and monitor credit risk across the bank. You will gain exposure to how data, analytics, and emerging technologies drive innovation in risk management and decision-making.
