Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) is a global function responsible for protecting and enhancing American Express’ reputation and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders through communications, public affairs, and community engagement.
Team & Program Context
Within CA&C, the Global Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) Business Unit Lead team oversees execution of the Third-Party Management program across the organization. The team partners with CA&C Third-Party Relationship Managers (TRMs), TLM Operations, Sourcing, and other enterprise teams to help ensure third-party engagements are managed in accordance with the Third-Party Management Policy (AEMP10) and applicable control, compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Role: Analyst (Global TLM)
The CA&C Global TLM team is seeking an Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and execution of the TLM program. The role has a strong operational focus and includes procurement and supplier onboarding activities, as well as ongoing support for pre- and post-contract TLM requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and execution of the TLM program.
- Perform procurement and supplier onboarding activities related to third-party engagements.
- Manage purchase requisitions and support invoice research.
- Maintain and organize documentation to support third-party lifecycle requirements.
- Conduct data validation to ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Support pre- and post-contract TLM requirements.
- Build opportunities to take greater ownership of third-party engagements.
- Partner with stakeholders across CA&C.
- Contribute to program education, reporting, and process improvements.
