Our team oversees global public affairs, media relations, social media, colleague communications, and corporate sustainability.
Overview
We are seeking a strong and versatile communications professional to serve as Specialist, Executive and Colleague Communications. This role is critical in developing and implementing multimedia campaigns designed to keep American Express colleagues informed about enterprise priorities, business performance, and key initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and designer with creative instincts, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach. You will partner closely with stakeholders across various functions and markets to create clear, compelling, and visually engaging communications that drive engagement, foster learning, and inspire action.

Work Model

The salary range for this position will be determined based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
