Our Human Resources teams find and recruit the brightest talent. They develop your skills through structured, ongoing training, and give every team member the chance to achieve their career goals and make their work exceptionally rewarding.

Depending on your specific role, you may work on day-to-day business activities or challenging, business-critical projects. You could provide employee advice, facilitate workforce decisions, or support large-scale initiatives. You will gain broad knowledge across different areas, learn from experienced professionals, and build a foundation to specialize later.

What We Look For

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills. Degrees may be in many different disciplines. While good numeracy is important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programs will provide the technical knowledge you need to build a career with us.

You should show a keen interest in Human Resources, demonstrate a record of academic achievement, and be eager to learn at an intensive pace. You’ll thrive in a highly collaborative, diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who work well on teams and inspire others with their ideas. Strong candidates will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows to solve business problems, and the ability to apply critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Eligibility Requirements (2027 Internship Program)

To be eligible for the 2027 Internship Program, you must:

• Complete your studies (all final exams and coursework) and have no outstanding requirements for graduation between 1 December 2027 and 31 July 2028.

At this time, Deutsche Bank will only consider applicants who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Deutsche Bank, now or in the future, to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation

The annualized salary for this position is $75,000. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
