Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Mobile Game Operations Intern to support day-to-day publishing and live operations across multiple mobile game projects. The role focuses on in-game events, localization, QA, and operational execution, working closely with Product Managers, developers, marketing, and regional teams.

  • Support planning and execution of in-game events, promotions, and content updates.
  • Maintain event calendars and follow up on content and delivery timelines.
  • Support localization workflows, including text preparation, translation tracking, implementation checks, and LQA.
  • Conduct game QA and playtesting for new builds, features, events, and localized content.
  • Report, track, and follow up on bugs with developers and QA teams.
  • Support build and release preparation, including pre-launch and live update checks.
  • Monitor live game operations and escalate player-impacting issues.
  • Prepare operational reports, trackers, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Conduct competitor research and playtesting to identify improvements for events and live operations.
  • Explore AI and automation tools to improve localization, QA, reporting, and operational workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interest in mobile games and Free-to-Play (F2P) games.
  • Good understanding of mobile games, in-game events, and player experience.
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in localization and game QA.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and project management tools.
  • Good command of English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
