Role details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain technology and data solutions that support core business and investment processes.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver technical solutions, automate workflows, and integrate AI capabilities where they create measurable business value.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment, using modern engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Preferred candidate is a rising Senior (2028), expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, APIs, Git, and modern development frameworks is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated interest in building software, data products, automation, or AI-enabled solutions through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with private credit markets, investment strategies, and asset classes is a plus.

Compensation Information
Base pay may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base pay of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
