Role details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct ESG data analytics.
- Evaluate ESG key performance indicators (KPIs) across new and existing portfolio companies.
- Assist the RI team with creation and maintenance of the ESG database, streamlining data collection and reporting.
- Attend investment committee meetings across the Senior Lending and Private Equity & Junior Capital businesses to document key ESG risks and opportunities.
- Support Churchill’s Investor Solutions Group & Client Services team on RI DDQs and RFPs.
Requirements
- Preferred candidate is a rising Junior or Senior (Class of 2028 or 2029) expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Climate and Sustainability Management, Economics, Environmental Management, or another financial sustainability focused curriculum.
- Strong attention to detail, including careful review of facts and figures; ability to quickly identify errors and ensure consistency.
- Familiarity with private credit markets, investment strategies, and asset classes is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, with effective active listening.
- Proven track record of success collaborating in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to negotiate, influence, and gain credibility.
- Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to connect previously unrelated notions and project how potential ideas may unfold.

Compensation
Base Pay will be $30.00 per hour.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
