Role details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate closely with IR/BD team members and senior leadership on fundraising support.
- Assist with the master roadshow calendar.
- Monitor public LP meeting minutes, board documents, and investment committee materials to flag mandate changes, allocation decisions, and new alternatives approvals relevant to the firm’s strategy.
- Organize fundraising processes leveraging CRM (meeting notes, investor tracking, and report creation).
- Prepare fundraising plans, marketing materials, presentations, one-page summaries, performance tables, and due diligence documents.
- Assist with answering day-to-day investor inquiries.
- Support ad hoc and special projects as needed.
- Complete investor question responses and diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and follow-up items from both investor and internal meetings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting for various investment entities by coordinating with compliance and client service to ensure error-free, on-time delivery to investors.
Requirements
- Current junior undergraduate student.
- Strong Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Solid communication skills (written & oral), along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency.
- Desire to join a growing asset management platform with the highest ethical and performance standards.
