APAC Fund Finance Intern

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027

This position sits within the Fund Finance team in the Asian Investment Banking Division, Asia Pacific. The Fund Finance team is a product division, providing client solutions across the Institutional Investor, Sponsors, and Sovereigns segments. We are looking for a high-performing intern to join our team to drive business growth across our front office organization.

Job Description

  • Assist the business in tracking the progress of strategic initiatives, taking on certain aspects of these initiatives, and establishing a reporting cadence to senior management regarding progress made.
  • Work with other team members to collate and report certain portfolio management-related requirements.
  • Coordinate various workstreams in relation to the implementation of our new Oxane information database.
  • Work with various experienced stakeholders and learn different banking products related to Fund Finance (Markets, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets).
  • Assist with the preparation of certain aspects of our credit papers.
  • Prepare written and verbal communications, including developing presentation materials and client pitch packs.
  • Support senior management with project management by planning and structuring work.
  • Help ensure the business remains well managed, and that the weekly cadence of stakeholder engagement is effective (e.g., meeting preparations).

Job Requirements

  • Keen eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • “Can-do” attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency is needed.
  • Ability to be a trusted partner and collaborate across regions and teams to deliver best-in-class results.
  • Capable of working independently and within teams to drive success for the organization.
