Intern, D&L Data Analyst

Job Description

The role involves assisting the distribution and logistics team with data collection and analysis. The position requires communication within the supply chain team and coordination with both internal and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Update material master data with the shipping matrix to facilitate PP/Forecast.
• Support month-end accruals.
• Enhance existing reports (FG: PP vs Forecast vs Actual; Bulk: PP vs Forecast; Bulk: GR vs IR) using Python scripts for monthly and forecast reporting in Excel reports, including ongoing data cleansing on the Freight Spend Report maintained manually by the FBA Team.
• Build a dashboard for volume and budget forecast and actual comparison.
• Publish reports in PBI for management review.
• Facilitate investigations on outliers.
• Update the user guide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
