What You Will Do
Routine Operation
- Complete all assigned operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Complete assigned modules.
- Meet performance metrics for assigned operations.
- Participate in GMP walkdowns when assigned.
- Provide accurate information to digital boards and ensure digital boards are updated in a timely manner.
- Maintain good facility housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively during shift handover.
- Update and review batch sheets; check back batch sheets when assigned.
Non-Routine Operation / Campaign Turnaround Activities
- Perform OQ/PQ and support IQ when assigned.
- Serve as a backup for the Production Lead and SIC after completing required training.
- Demonstrate technical competence for the role (02) and additional SME knowledge in at least one module.
Incident, Event, Atypical, and Customer Complaint Investigations
- Raise effective notifications for all events and atypical occurrences.
- Facilitate problem-solving from initiation through completion or rejection.
- Provide technical support in the area of work.
- Support data collection to assist investigations.
- Participate in investigations when assigned and provide inputs on preventive actions.

- Ensure manufacturing-related activities are completed according to established procedures and that all associated documentation is completed to a high standard.
Safety, Health & Environment
- Ensure compliance with all Safety and cGMP requirements and participate as an ERT team member when assigned.
- Highlight near misses and other improvement ideas to improve the work environment.

Qualifications
- Diploma or technical school graduate with a background in operations and maintenance.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of working experience.
