Pharmaceutical Technician (WDA)

What You Will Do

Routine Operation

• Complete all assigned operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Complete assigned modules.
• Meet performance metrics for assigned operations.
• Participate in GMP walkdowns when assigned.
• Provide accurate information to digital boards and ensure digital boards are updated in a timely manner.
• Maintain good facility housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively during shift handover.
• Update and review batch sheets; check back batch sheets when assigned.

Non-Routine Operation / Campaign Turnaround Activities

• Perform OQ/PQ and support IQ when assigned.
• Serve as a backup for the Production Lead and SIC after completing required training.
• Demonstrate technical competence for the role (02) and additional SME knowledge in at least one module.

Incident, Event, Atypical, and Customer Complaint Investigations

• Raise effective notifications for all events and atypical occurrences.
• Facilitate problem-solving from initiation through completion or rejection.
• Provide technical support in the area of work.
• Support data collection to assist investigations.
• Participate in investigations when assigned and provide inputs on preventive actions.

• Ensure manufacturing-related activities are completed according to established procedures and that all associated documentation is completed to a high standard.

Safety, Health & Environment

• Ensure compliance with all Safety and cGMP requirements and participate as an ERT team member when assigned.
• Highlight near misses and other improvement ideas to improve the work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical school graduate with a background in operations and maintenance.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of working experience.
