What you’ll do

KOL Community Management

• Content Creator Recruitment & Outreach: Identify, pitch, and onboard travel influencers, travel bloggers, and digital nomads aligned with our target audiences.
• Community Engagement: Work with internal teams and agencies to contact KOLs, including managing travel or domestic experiences trials, arranging overseas trip sponsorships, and keeping creators continuously engaged with our brand.
• KOL Affiliate Program Support: Proactively support the team to manage and scale our KOL Affiliate Program by pitching win-win commission structures.

Social Media & Content Strategy

• UGC Integration: Repurpose high-performing user-generated travel content, reels, and itineraries across our official social channels to drive store traffic.
• Community & Channel Maintenance: Support day-to-day engagement on official channels (answering booking/product questions in DMs and comments) and assist with seasonal campaign planning.
• Trend Spotting: Stay on top of travel trends, viral destinations, platform updates, and competitor creator strategies to keep our brand relevant and top-of-mind.

What you’ll need

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or influencer relations
• Digital savvy and able to stay ahead of social media trends
• Exceptional interpersonal and pitching skills—able to build genuine relationships with creators and pitch performance-driven deals
• Strong project management skills; comfortable handling multiple creator timelines, travel itineraries, etc.
• Ability to create simple social media content (basic photography and photo editing knowledge is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms driving e-commerce revenue via creator channels is a plus
