Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Mix, blend, knead, and sift materials.
• Load, assemble, mark, label, pack, and palletize company products and boxes.
• Operate machines using company components.
• Dose and weigh powder materials.
• Process and store company products.
• Clean and perform maintenance for machines, tools, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Use inspection gauges to inspect in-process and final products.
• Handle and shift parts or equipment using lifting equipment (e.g., jib cranes, overhead cranes, lifting tables, stackers, pallet jacks, trolleys).
• Conduct testing and disposal of company products.
• Perform other general or administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Precision Machining or Mechanical Technology, or equivalent (preferred).
• Good communication skills and a good working attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work efficiently and independently.
• Able to read and understand work instructions, material safety data sheets, drawings, and related documents.
• Able to comply with company policies, security regulations, and EHS regulations.
