About the Role
ST Engineering Urban Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product & Day 2 Operations Support Assistant Engineer to join our Digital Platforms team. The role involves supporting product rollout to projects and managing Day 2 operations of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance, to deliver comprehensive digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide Day 2 operations support for software products, customization, and system maintenance.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure system uptime and reliability.
- System administration and configuration as required.
- Troubleshooting with the system team and customers.
- Incident and problem management to drive timely resolution.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital platforms to inform future enhancements and innovations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Day 2 operations and product support role.
- Strong understanding of software and application issues.
- Proficiency in end-user and customer management to drive incident handling and problem closure.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, cloud platforms, and application troubleshooting tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.
