Executive, Procurement - Contract 1 year (Renewable) Corp/FT

Job Description

Responsible for direct procurement activities for various ST Engineering Aerospace Lines of Business (LoBs).

Responsibilities

• RFQ vendors, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and generate purchase orders according to ST Engineering Procurement policy.
• Order tracking and optimization of shipping method.
• Invoice verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies with relevant internal departments.
• Ensure deliverables are in line with contractual terms.
• Expedite and identify critical components, if necessary to ensure timely delivery to avoid AOG situations.
• Proactively manage the relationship with internal business partners/customers to ensure target KPIs are met.
• Contribute to and report on cost savings actively.
• Generating procurement reports.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related fields.
• Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
• Entry-level graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge in SAP is advantageous.
• Prior purchasing experience in an aerospace environment is a strong asset.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Possess strong procurement knowledge is advantageous.
• Good communication skills.
