  • Develop analysis and coding skills.
  • Learn about investment research, portfolio construction, and management.

  • Build confidence engaging with others at all levels while collaborating with your team to deliver on client needs and business objectives.
  • Research and present investment opportunities, market trends, and industry insights.
  • Manage your own workload while contributing to team goals.
  • Get curious and develop creative solutions when challenges arise.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2027.
  • Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate).
  • Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • Expected to graduate between November 2027 and July 2028.
  • Visa sponsorship may be required; HSBC will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship for this role.
