Position
Role: L1 Support / Webmaster
Work Location: Singapore, onsite at client site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day website updates, including publishing content, images, and pages using a content management system (CMS) (e.g., GovTech Optical).
- Monitor website traffic and performance using web analytics tools.
- Perform ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA).
- Create and maintain a relevant knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day website updates using a CMS (e.g., GovTech Optical).
- Understanding of web analytics tools to monitor traffic and performance.
- Experience in ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to create and maintain a knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.
