The Position

Merchant Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Merchant Liaison Officer. The ideal candidate is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, resourceful, efficient, and highly professional and confidential is crucial. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity are essential for this role.

What You'll Do

• Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables
• Handle billing-related queries from merchants or refer them to the relevant department
• Chase collections and resolve queries with merchants
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

What You'll Need

• Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Fast, independent worker with a high level of integrity
• Proficient in MS Office
• Applicants who can start immediately or have short notice are highly desirable
