We’re looking for an Associate Client Service Manager to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients, build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction adds value. Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process by gathering information, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure proper coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely responses and exemplary customer service.
- Support the team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems and perform audits.
- Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
- Mentor junior team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end for this position; actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as experience, education, location, scope, and workload.
