Overview

Join our Strategic Bid Management Team and help bring client materials to life through clear, well-structured design. This role sits within our Specialty Bid Management Team, supporting day-to-day design work across bid documents, presentations, and client-facing materials.

You’ll focus on turning content into professional, easy-to-read layouts, helping teams communicate their ideas clearly and consistently. You’ll build your skills through hands-on work, supported by colleagues who share knowledge and feedback openly.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring the successful candidate to be in our London office 2 days a week.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the delivery of client documents and presentations by applying clear, consistent design.
• Work with existing content to create structured, visually engaging materials aligned to brand standards.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and simple visual elements to help explain key messages for proposals and presentations.
• Work alongside Specialty colleagues and designers to manage updates and feedback, ensuring deadlines are met and materials remain consistent.
• Maintain templates and reusable assets, ensuring the correct versions are used and agreed standards are followed.
• Perform quality checks before sharing to ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and ready for clients.
• Create graphics, charts, and diagrams to support key messages.
• Support presentation materials and service delivery documents.
• Maintain templates and manage version control.
• Carry out quality checks for consistency and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage updates and meet deadlines.
• Act as overflow to the Central Bid Team.

About You

• Have experience creating professional documents, presentations, or visual materials such as charts and infographics.
• Organize files clearly so others can find and use the latest versions.
• Follow brand guidelines and apply consistent formatting across documents.
• Manage multiple tasks and adjust work to meet deadlines.
• Use tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop, along with Word and PowerPoint.
• Work with others to gather feedback and update materials accordingly.
• Explain your work clearly and ask questions when something is unclear.
• Check your work carefully before sharing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
