What You’ll Bring
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite including Photoshop
- Language skills: Fluent in English
- Soft skills: Organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, responsive, able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, proactive, able to troubleshoot, and with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Educational Requirements
Current student at a university or recent graduate. Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and related disciplines, but the ability to support this role full-time is required.

Expectations & Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day hospitality operations with North America properties
- Manage usage of contractual assets (e.g., player appearances, signed merchandise, logo usage)
- Order food & beverage for all suites and track the associated budget
- Coordinate with venues to ensure suite upkeep
- Order branded inventory
- Lead all ticketing operational properties through the SAP customer nomination and ticketing platform
- Distribute over 20,000 tickets annually across the global footprint
- Create custom templates for over 1,500 annual sponsorship events across North and Latin America
- Report customer attendance at all sponsorship events daily to support Global Sponsorships KPIs
- Manage internal Americas stakeholders for sponsorship nominations and the ticketing platform (system used to nominate, invite, and report across sponsorship events)
- Train new users from Americas marketing, compliance, and sales on the tool
- Troubleshoot and communicate with users across their experiences
- Expand tool usage to new internal teams
- Align with regional activation teams on best practices for guest communications, ticket distribution, reporting, and employee engagement opportunities
- Act as a liaison with the compliance team to ensure processes are properly documented and updated when needed
- Update internal documentation trackers, including story and activation calendars and property manager updates
- Manage all shipping needs for the team
