Position Summary
MUFG is seeking an Analyst to join the Securitized Products Group to help originate and execute warehouse and term ABS issuance opportunities and transactions in off-the-run asset classes including transportation, digital infrastructure, specialty finance, and media. The selected colleague will work four days per week at an MUFG office or client sites and one day remotely. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities
- Support the deal team in originating and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions
- Develop pitch book materials to support transaction pipeline
- Maintain database and provide weekly updates
- Support and execute all aspects of transactions, including review and analysis of portfolio-specific data and cash flows, coordinating internal processes related to warehouse financing and all transaction parties, and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions
- Aid senior team members in relationship development with clients, including responding to requests, generating detailed analyses, and conducting in-person meetings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (credit risk, syndicate, sales and trading) and with third parties (legal, accountants, rating agencies and investors) to execute transactions
- Participate in special assignments and projects as required
Qualifications
We require:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- A minimum of 1 year of securitization experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to learn new asset classes quickly
- Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment
- Proactive, motivated approach and ability to take ownership of projects
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation & Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role is between $110,000 and $120,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
