Key Accountabilities

• Supporting ETE collateral management/valuation process for OTC derivative products
• Issuance of Margin calls per SLA
• Monitor and raise any issues per escalation matrix in accordance with risk management policies
• Support new products initiatives on existing/new system capabilities

Responsibilities

Client Valuation

• Provide Mark-to-Market (MTM) valuation on OTC derivatives and structured products to Global Financial Markets (GFM) clients in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide MTM valuation report to overseas offices
• Provide prices on DBS traded / issued bonds and structure products
• Handle audit certification requests from internal and external parties
• Perform daily trade portfolio reconciliation
• Support MAS Regulatory Statement (Reg40) distribution
• Handle client digital channel onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business
• Minimum 1-3 years of operations experience, especially in collateral management
• Familiarity with OTC derivative products and valuation
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive required outcomes
• Possess a curious mind to constantly look for improvements
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
