The Role

As a Bloomberg Customer Support Representative, you will serve as a trusted partner to a diverse global client base, helping users maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and services. Sitting at the intersection of technology, financial markets, and client engagement, you'll provide responsive support and solutions across Bloomberg's products and services, developing expertise that serves as a strong foundation for career growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application-related issues.
  • Supporting product installations, onboarding, and account access.
  • Helping clients navigate the tools and workflows they rely on to make critical business decisions.
  • Diagnosing issues, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring a seamless client experience across phone, instant messaging, and email.
  • Educating clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to build confidence and proficiency.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across regions and functions to resolve complex challenges and drive process improvements.
