What is this position about?

Process corporate actions income and events for the SG and HK booking centres.

Typical day

  • Reconcile custodian payment advices and process payments to clients.
  • Review custodian corporate action (CA) event notifications and generate client notifications for voluntary and mandatory events.
  • Consolidate clients’ responses for voluntary corporate actions and instruct custodians accordingly.
  • Liaise with custodians and the front office on income and event queries.

Primary role responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all incomes and corporate events.
  • Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes and events.
  • Handle queries from relationship managers (RMs), market associates (MAs), and custodians on incomes and events.
  • Process entries for commission fees collected or update the waiver file if fees are waived.

Other contributions

  • Prepare disclosure letters based on shareholder requests from companies.
  • Participate in UAT.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.

Required education / certification / licenses

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
