Audit Financial Services - Associate to Senior Associate, based in Singapore

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of our client’s business.
• Carrying out the audit based on audit planning and preparing appropriate audit work papers.
• Understanding the relationships between objectives of audit sections, the need for sufficient audit evidence, and the presentation of conclusions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience handling a portfolio of listed clients within Financial Services.
• A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues, along with familiarity with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in handling IPO engagements is greatly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent business acumen.
