Responsibilities

As part of the Deloitte Singapore Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the execution of the Campus Recruitment strategy by focusing on the early identification of candidates through internship and full-time opportunities.

• Act as the main liaison for candidates, university student clubs, and internal business stakeholders.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, strengthening Deloitte’s presence on campus and enhancing both internal and external visibility.
• Deliver employer branding and talent initiatives by engaging students and positioning Deloitte as an employer of choice (e.g., organizing recruitment drives, campus networking events, and student club collaborations).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews as well as orientation sessions for interns and graduate hires.
• Plan, manage, and execute engagement activities and programs for interns.
• Gather, analyze, and present meaningful insights from HR data in management reports.
• Support other talent-related projects, including drafting communications and organizing initiatives and events.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Students from Business Administration or Human Resource Management related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months; longer commitments will be an advantage.
• Committed and passionate about driving talent initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter who is meticulous and well-organized, proficient in planning, coordination, and follow-up.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and analyze large volumes of data responsibly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools will be preferred.
