Role Summary

The Project Administrator will support the Project Management team in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Work Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Track project progress and update status reports.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and issues, providing administrative support in resolving them.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of new project team members.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or other related discipline.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in business management, project management, and cybersecurity; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA+, CAPM) are a plus.
