Work You’ll Do

Support our client feedback program, which brings together feedback from our clients to provide clear, usable insights for enhanced relationship building with our strategic clients.

You will be part of the Client Service Assessment team under Clients & Industries. This role is for someone meticulous and process-driven, supporting client data review, the production of reports, and other ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client feedback survey platform
• Analyse and present information clearly and concisely
• Develop insights and reports based on customers’ voice
• Support marketing activities and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

We are looking for undergraduates in business management, statistics, or a related discipline. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrated data visualization and analytical skills.
