Our Consulting Team

Consulting helps organizations solve complex problems, improve performance, and unlock new opportunities. Our multidisciplinary team works across areas including Digital, ESG, People Advisory, Risk Advisory, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Growth Advisory, Finance Transformation, and Business Optimisation.

You will use creative and analytical thinking to tackle real challenges while collaborating with experienced colleagues and senior leaders. The programme offers the chance to take on responsibility, build client experience, and develop confidence, all while having support available to ask questions and aid development. It provides big responsibility with personal support, allowing you to discover where your strengths can lead.

The Programme

This three-year programme is designed to provide a broad foundation in Consulting before students specialize in a particular area. Completion of an Associate Management Consultant apprenticeship is included in the programme.

You will learn directly from subject matter experts while building technical, commercial, and management skills through client work. As your experience grows, so will the responsibility you are given, offering opportunities to contribute to projects, build client relationships, and develop specialist expertise. Our graduates note opportunities for direct interaction with partners and directors, leading client conversations, and taking on responsibility earlier than expected, balanced with approachable support during their development.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, curious, and ready to get involved. You enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and working collaboratively with others. You do not need to know everything initially; we ask you to bring your logical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn, and we will provide the experience and support necessary for you to develop from there.

Location and Commitment

This role is based in our London hub. Please note that you must be able to live within a commutable distance of the office to which you apply. Relocation support is not provided, so please consider this carefully before applying. In-person time is essential, whether in the office or with clients, as it maximizes learning opportunities, relationship building, and overall team effectiveness.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of a 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted).
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C (excluding General Studies and Extended Projects), or four Scottish Highers or Advanced Highers at grade A-B (or equivalent, such as BTEC Extended Diploma). Evidence will be required if successful.
• GCSEs at grade 4 and above in Maths and English, or Scottish National 5 grade A-C. Evidence will be required if successful.
• Commitment to balancing study and professional work.
• The right to work in the UK. (Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles as they do not meet the current minimum salary requirements set by the Home Office. Applications must be from candidates who possess their own legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the 4-year training contract and employment.)

The Interview Process

The typical interview process is as follows:

Compensation and Next Steps

Salary: £33,000 per annum
