Capacity Planning Role

The Capacity Planning Team provides AMZL with cost-optimal and flexible capacity solutions for in-station operations, year-round, enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. This role is based out of the London corporate office.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record, and is experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by rigorous analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relish working with large amounts of data, and enjoy the challenge of solving highly complex, sometimes ambiguous problems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operations or supply chain.
• Experience operating large data warehouses.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, or problem-solving.
• Exposure to labor or production planning.
