Supply Chain Program Management Intern - AWS Cloud Logistics (Singapore)

AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Program Management Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive documentation standardization, create internal enablement resources, build operational playbooks, and explore agentic AI solutions—all within a global supply chain that powers AWS's infrastructure worldwide. You will leverage Amazon's suite of AI tools, Amazon Quick, and its underlying models to optimize your workflow and productivity while growing your acumen in AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Standardization & Governance: Lead the standardization of documentation across the team's knowledge base. This includes conducting a comprehensive audit to ensure consistency in format, structure, and content quality. Ensure all customer-facing information is current, accurate, and accessible, implementing a sustainable refresh cadence with clear ownership. Develop a detailed project plan for ongoing documentation maintenance and governance.
• Enablement Content Design & Relaunch: Own the complete redesign and relaunch of a flagship internal enablement module, applying modern instructional design principles and incorporating feedback from the previous version. This project will provide a high-visibility contribution with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Onboarding & Enablement Flows: Partner with the onboarding and enablement team to design end-to-end flows and playbooks mapping the full customer journey within AWS Cloud Logistics. Translate complex, cross-functional processes into clear, repeatable guides to help new joiners and stakeholders ramp up quickly and consistently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Input: Gather input from stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure enablement materials reflect actual business operations. Build feedback loops and review mechanisms to maintain content accuracy and sustainability beyond your tenure.
• Continuous Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline how knowledge is captured, maintained, and surfaced, actively exploring the application of AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve resource discoverability.

A Day in the Life

While no two days are the same, the rhythm of the role is consistent. Your morning might involve supporting an operational task, such as pulling data, updating tracking systems, or preparing materials for a review. This could be followed by alignment calls with internal stakeholders or sessions with external partners to understand ground-level supply chain processes. After lunch, you will meet with your assigned mentor to connect your specific projects to the broader context of AWS's cloud computing infrastructure and global supply chain. The afternoon is dedicated to deep work on a project—whether drafting a playbook, building a knowledge base page, or redesigning a module. Opportunities for meetings across different functions and geographies will allow you to learn about the end-to-end operations of the supply chain. Regular check-ins with your manager ensure progress review, blocker removal, and development goal discussion. You will finish most days knowing you contributed to resources that will benefit the team long after your internship ends, while deepening your knowledge of how the cloud is built.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher, graduating between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Excellent business and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building reports or visualizations using QuickSight.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL.
• Experience using Excel as a primary tool for presenting datasets.
• Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
• Passion for experiencing new technologies, cultures, and global locations.
