Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research on environmental landscapes, competitor scanning, and market and sector strategies; analyze data to develop key insights and benchmark performances in line with Company targets.
• Assist in monthly portfolio updates, management reporting, driving agenda, and secretariat work related to meeting management.
• Provide support in maintaining databases.
• Participate in monthly corporate meetings such as Corporate Global and Business Updates and Business Roundtables.
• Generate the Monthly Management Report for CapitaLand Investment.
• Coordinate the planning and organizing of management retreats and meetings, preparing presentations to communicate and articulate strategy.
• Provide support in ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• Must be meticulous, organized, a self-starter, and possess a strong sense of accountability.
• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-versed in conducting research and putting together presentations.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with a focus on delivering results.
• Self-initiated to support project delivery with professionalism.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
• Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities quickly.
