About the Role

Come play a part in shaping the future of digital insurance. The Corporate Strategy team at Igloo charts the growth journey for the company in the coming months and years. This team identifies organic growth opportunities, formulates inorganic growth strategies, and resolves Igloo's biggest challenges.

Igloo is now accepting applications for the Corporate Strategy Internship. This internship will last for three months, with possible extension depending on a mutual fit. The role will focus on defining Igloo’s strategic direction across several mission-critical business lines and markets. You will work directly with Igloo’s Director of Corporate Strategy, an alumnus of an MBB consulting firm.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Be currently enrolled in or about to enroll in a full-time university degree program.
• Be interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be keen to learn about the intersections between the startup world, the fintech industry, and corporate strategy.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and possess the ability to establish structure amidst uncertainty.
• Be adept at both quantitative and qualitative analyses and capable of deriving valuable insights from these analyses.
• Be able to work independently and find creative solutions to seemingly intractable challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Available to commit for a minimum of two months.
