Product Management Role

Designs, develops, and manages activities for a product or group of products from initial definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life. This role partners with stakeholder teams to enhance and refine product strategies and roadmaps.

This individual serves as the central resource across design, process, development, testing, quality, and marketing throughout the entire product lifecycle. Key functions include managing the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing capabilities, leveraging input from customers, analysts, developers, and architects, alongside deep domain knowledge. Furthermore, the role facilitates the resolution of risks, issues, and changes related to product development, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.
