Responsibilities
- Work closely with the New York Compliance Surveillance team to support the execution of Compliance Surveillance reviews.
- Perform testing of ratings processes across global jurisdictions for required public disclosure requirements.
- Assist in preparing test plans and executing testing in accordance with Compliance Surveillance program objectives.
- Work with Compliance Surveillance team members to enhance the Surveillance Program and improve existing surveillance activities.
- Perform tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by Compliance Surveillance team members.

Qualifications and Program Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, or another finance-related discipline.
- Experience in the finance sector is an advantage.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Available to work during the program dates of June 7 through August 13, 2027.
- Available to work in a hybrid model, including two days per week in the office to collaborate with Compliance team members.
About the Program
Moody’s 10-week summer internship program offers students a hands-on learning experience grounded in integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June through August and is available to undergraduate and select graduate students.
Internships are full-time and provide exposure to Moody’s business and culture, along with opportunities to build professional and technical skills. Program elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series, and volunteering events. Interns complete team-based projects with real impact while gaining insights into diverse career paths through mentorship from Moody’s professionals. Networking events and workshops further support professional development and collaboration.
Compensation
For US-based roles, the anticipated hiring hourly rate for this position is $35, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
