About Enterprise Strategy

Enterprise Strategy is the internal consulting division of American Express. We work directly with the CEO, the executive team, and senior leaders to provide thought leadership and an external perspective on the most important strategic priorities of the company.

How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Senior Manager Intern, you will tackle the most important strategic opportunities and challenges facing American Express today. Projects are primarily oriented around growth strategy to drive long-term success and innovation for American Express.

You will own project workstreams end-to-end, including:

• Scoping and structuring problems
• Conducting complex analyses and research
• Creating presentations

You will collaborate closely with teammates to develop solutions and present recommendations to senior leaders. You will also work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the enterprise, including C-suite executives, to drive strategic initiatives that enhance American Express’s leadership position. You will establish yourself as a trusted thought partner to your business partners.
