Two of the three programmes are funnelled through the summer internship rather than reached by direct graduate application, so a candidate aiming for ECIP or iTAP is committing to the internship first and the rotational role second. Choosing the right business area for the summer (Investments for ECIP, Technology for iTAP) is the decision that fixes which rotational route is realistically available the following year.
