The program is organized by industry and product groups, including: Consumer Retail, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Industrials, Latin America, Media & Communications, Mergers & Acquisitions, Power & Energy, Real Estate, Technology, and Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
• Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research.
• Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled as an MBA or J.D. student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• At least two to three years of work experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, provide complex financial analysis, and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Compensation

The expected base pay rate for the role will be $175,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include discretionary bonuses and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs, depending on the position.
