WorldQuant’s culture pairs academic sensibility with accountability for results. Employees are encouraged to think openly about problems, balancing intellectualism and practicality. The company values excellent ideas from anyone, anywhere, and encourages employees to challenge conventional thinking and maintain an attitude of continuous improvement.
