Role: P&C Finance Intern

The P&C Finance Intern will:

• Learn about reinsurance and applications through on-the-job training with experienced members of the organization.
• Build technical, analytical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
• Enhance analytical skills using tools such as Business Objects and Microsoft Excel.
• Complete special projects or assignments that support the Finance and Accounting departments.
• Network with senior leaders and experienced teammates to deepen industry understanding and build professional connections.
• Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program.

Internship Overview

During this internship, interns will gain an understanding of the reinsurance industry, SCOR’s organization as a whole, and how each entity within the US contributes to the organization’s overall success. Interns will develop general reinsurance and business insight, experience the company culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting the organization’s global and domestic goals. Interns will also continue developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
