Asset Servicing Analyst (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Join the Asset Servicing team to support the Markets business. In this role within the Markets Operations team, you will interact with a fast-paced trading desk, facilitate asset servicing optimization strategy, and manage risk across the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle—from announcement capture through event completion. You will communicate corporate action events to front office trading, middle office personnel, and other operations teams to ensure timely execution of client instructions.

This position is initially intended to be for approximately 6 months; however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client instructions to facilitate the Asset Servicing optimization strategy.
• Engage with front office, middle office, settlements, SBL desk, cash management, custodians, and others to proactively manage the risk of high-profile corporate action events.
• Drive process enhancements and digital tools initiatives globally and regionally.
• Manage the client asset/money segregation process to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., CASS).
• Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of Asset Servicing event processing.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate key risks and challenges in daily processing to management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility and comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with independent and reliable decision-making.
• Self-starter who can work on own initiatives and learns quickly.
• Ability to follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Prior industry experience, including proven experience in day-to-day operations processing.
